Someone else should offer $3

Someone else should offer $3

Another company should offer Mordy $3.  He would say No.  This would shock the market and the stock would run much higher than $3.  If someone wanted to buy up shares to $2 and offer $3, he would say no, but then that company could also enjoy a 50%-75% rise in the share price. We know we are worth north of $4 with a plan for Prognoz...so what is stopping a firm from putting the screws to good old Mordy?
