the production/potential wasn't worth the capital at this time.better to get something out of it.SGS(with guatemalan gov. approval) is now on the hook for the capital expenditures.

qec was no different than a lot of little guys out there-stick a ton of irons in the fire and see which one gets the hottest.with this size of float a pure columbian play makes the most sense for now.i wouldn't be surprised to see bwn peddle some stuff too.
