Personally I think this has to be cleared up fast.
IF they convert the preferred shares to common shares at these prices this will become a popcorn stock. As in there will always be more shares so why pay much money for them. In addition, from what I'm reading they can force conversion of the A debentures in 2015 under certain circumstances and I assume that would likely be at the prevailing value of the common shares. I'd prefer mine in cash.
How long do you think before we see a new CEO? Before the annual meeting maybe?
