Chuck, I don't think anyone can argue about the wrong/negative things that YLO has done over the past couple of years.  It's obvious that something was very wrong with how the company was being run hence the steep decline in the stock price and the financials. But we don't live in the past we live in the present and for the future.  So yes you have made many good points about all the wrongs that YLO has done in the past, but now the issue is about their future and whether they have what it takes to turn it around. All you have been doing is listing the historical negatives that the company has done and you keep demanding a response for recognition of these points- so here it is- you are right management has made many mistakes.  But what are your views on the future of the company- without rehashing the past negatives that everyone already knows about? Would you agree that closing Canpages was a good move for the future- to reduce expenses? Or would you have preferred that they kept it running? Do you honestly believe that bankruptcy is right around the corner? Do you see any value in the company if they continue to cut costs and pay their debt down? I honestly am curious what your thoughts are on the future of the company and not on the company's past.
