RE: Premier

Agree with your sentiments Mattingham.  Buy and hold is an honorable sentiment.  Tough market though.  I think that time will fix the share price instability, when Auracana's balance sheet reflect the projected production values.  If/when they actually produce at Shafter as they stated, they will start to command the share priced that reflects that level of production.  Right now, it is still a one operation company, with decent results, and development level project with good potential.  Diluted.  Will the sp treand up, with NRs about exploration results/resource updates/mill commisioning/commercial  production?  I would expect so.

With 2 or three quarters of solid production at Shafter, and the balance sheets getting stonger, then corporate will have options.  Right now they are pushing to production on the shareholders backs.  It will take cash to buy back a significant number of shares.  The mountain of warrants isn't comforting to me. If they were to do an early expiration, that would lessen the fully diluted share structure also.  Cash will bring options.  Production will being cash if they are effcient. Until then, this company is still being treated like a sub-one dollar Risky OTC junior.
