Oops. Just noticed a slight error. But you get the point....

.08/share) - $4.5M cash = $11.5M

ACG's Total Land Position = 113,200 Hectares

$11.5M / 113,200 = $101 / Hectare

Pure land position value not counting any Reserves or current production.

 

Alberta 2011 Average Land Sale Prices = $861 / Hectare
