PEC is Trading like a stock is supposed to trade before news enters the Marketplace..SPECULATION .Pretty Obvious.(PMI Case in POINT ...wow!) Pay now or Pay Higher Later Type Deal here...Fact is this stock is trading way under Fundamental Value....Path to Least resistance is UP
They are in Advance J/V Talks. Bring it on. Looking Back at PMI Stock behavior weeks prior to their Announcment with SHELL is very Telling. Stocks were Just that oversold in last stretch of last year. Overly so.
