RE: RE: I posted the IDCC report for WIN mgmt WIN's CDMA patent is the swing factor imo as they now are able to go after all OEM's with Qualcomm chips that utilize the Verizon CDMA network. Verizon sold 4.2 mil iPhones in Q4 2011 and that does not includ the iPhones purchased thru Apple stores that we activated for use on the Verizon network.
As for the V-Chip licencing program, I have given up on it until proven otherwise. JS estimated $500 mil over 9 years when we bought TVL. That's $55 mil. per year in rev contribution. According to WIN IR V-Chip revs are ~ 12-13% of total revs which puts the number at less than $15 mil per year.
A total miscalculation on the part of JS and I am sure he is disappointed he didn't get to collect his 2% on his own rev estimates.

I do see some contribution from Gladios as early as cy 2013 if 01 Communique is successful in settling some of their disputes this year.
