What's the final yearly revenue from a single SGA plant going to be when all is said and done? What are the other potential SGA plant locations?  What are the short term and long term energy costs at those locations?  What economies of scale are lost by developing two different energy and transportation infrastructures?  How much longer will it take to get the necessary energy resources in Gaspe?  Again I'm not saying its not an option to have the first SGA plant in a different location, just that there are a lot of variables to consider.
