Great Reviews So Far

Great Reviews So Far

The reviews off of the Canadian Tire website have been great so far:

So far, so good.
February 8, 2012
"My first day using it and so far so good. A bit on the pricey side, but after trying the cheaper LED bulbs and having them fail very quickly I'm willing to give these a try.
My only complaint is the misleading description concerning the color of the light.
The front of the box clearly says "Bright White" when in fact it is much closer to "Warm White".
On the back of the box it lists the light as 3000k which is MUCH closer to the warm end of the spectrum."

Energy Saving Bulb that Works
February 3, 2012
"Finally, an energy saving light bulb (ESL) that works. I can confirm that these bulbs are fully dimmable, both up and down and that they work well in an X10 system. The bulbs come on right away at full brightness, give a pleasing colour at a good brightness level. This is the first ESL that I would recommend, after years of trying to find a bulb that works with home automation. The only drawback is the huge cost, but I am sure that since these bulbs work, the price will eventually come down as people buy them. Here is hoping that they last as well as advertized. Reviews of others in the series will come as they are tested."

Very natural light, would recommend
January 29, 2012
"In a side by side comparison the LED bulb had a purer quality of light than my current incandescent bulbs, and my girlfriend and I both prefer it. The light looks very natural, and the brightness is identical to my current 40W bulbs.
Because of the rated lifetime of the bulb, energy savings, and environmental/ household safety (no mercury), I felt like it was a good investment too and plan to buy more over the next few months."
