RE: Robert Mowat

RE: Robert Mowat

Robert Mouat was (is?) a resident of Nassau, Bahamas.

As of April 12, 2007 his offshore trust held 14,235,000 Baja common shares, His disposition of part of this position during 2010 and 2011 was commented upon several times in Stockhouse posts. He is now down to 11,780,500 Baja shares.

The "nitty-gritty" is that these shares are held through Barfied Nominees Limited, Guernsey Channel Islands.  Barfield is a nominee corporation for Northern Trustees Guernsey Limited which holds the Baja shares as the trustees of a Guernsey trust in which Robert Mouat is the discretionary beneficiary.  This is why SEDI lists Robert Mowat shares as "indirectly held". Technically speaking Mr. Mouat does not exercise direction or control over these shares. Technically speaking. (Those are my words)
