While the aim of Mahdia is ultimately to go to the TSX, you will see a move to the Venture first. No one can dispute the fact the current exchange is not condusive to attracting both the attention and volume they require. Many will not trade on the CNSX no matter what any particular company has and to phone in orders is a royal pain. It's my belief Cannacord made that stipulation a condition of the financing.This is a interm step and one I view as a positive for shareholders.The NI43-101 near the end of the year is required for the TSX listing. That being said, lots going on behind the scenes and I for one will be holding my shares tightly and adding where possible.
