recent jan. sales in ab. averaged $416 per hectare with northern and grand areas on the higher end.early in the year i know.

sask avg. last year was around $600 but with big discrepancies by area and oil type.

of interest might be edge resources latest purchase in west-central sask-8.8m for 19 sections(4800 hec),350 boed at $25k per flowing barrel(as opposed to $45k average),seismic and some pipe.

i only mentioned this because a look at their reserves for the property might ascribe a value for acgs' holdings.

if acg just started this process it could take awhile to work out the values and see what the real interest is.
