Qei has 600mil shares outstanding, well over 90% of these shares are owened by instituitions and mutual funds who are not selling any up to this point.Liquidity usually refers to volume moved on a daily basis, which with qei is next to nothing lately. Everyone is sitting and waiting for some kind of update including all of big boys.And i should add,that QEI really knows how to kill the momentum in there stock. GET A PR.REP!!!!
