If it was such a great move and potential market mover then why wouldn't they have waited till the beginning of the trading day to announce and not the last. I guess they hoped this news gets lost in news releases by others that follow by the time morning rolls around again.  

Forward selling at a 10% discount is not a good sign especially after raising many millions in the past 8 months that was austensibly done to put us into production in the last qtr of 11. Show me the money...
