Market Cap/Order backlog Ratio vs. share price

Market Cap/Order backlog Ratio vs. share price

I use the ratio of market cap divided by the order backlog as a valuation metric and chart it against the share price. You can see the graphic here; site response may be slow so be patient.

My conclusion is buy! But use your own judgment. I also think that the huge block of stock that cleared on Friday is a buy signal by itself. Overhead supply gone, valuation cheap, room for some upside. You may ask but what about the 4th quarter to be announced soon, it could be ugly; you would be right but I think that is already discounted in the market.
