wow...nice statistical analyses trapeze...i hope those engineers running aos priced all this in to their business model or were all screwed!...lol... aos needs oil at $70pb to produce...oils trading just under $120pb...they only need issue 1.5 billion shares at .10 cents to raise $150 million with zero amortization....just joking :)...the price per share is total assets...minus total liabilities...divided by total number of shares outstanding...equals .45 cents a share...total value stock at this price!...and with a joint venture must likely for phase two development...lots of upside to stock price...hope you find this information helpful
