The only people who will be in the know are the drillers.
Most likely they will be under an oath of secrecy. Never-
theless should they hit oil; it will be extremely difficult to
keep such news under wraps. Toward the end of the
month; watch for a spike in trading volume;. if there is; then
it might be friends of the drillers buying on their behalf.
