| VENDTEK SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT WITH MULTIPLA IN BRAZIL |
VANCOUVER - February 16, 2012 - VendTek Systems Inc (TSX-V - VSI) (the "Company" or VendTek"), a developer and licensor of software for the global pre-paid and financial services markets is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned Brazilian subsidiary, Now Prepay Servicos de Informatica Ltda., signed an agreement with Múltipla Serviços Especializados ("Múltipla") to provide electronic mobile recharge services Múltipla's merchant network of approximately 500 distribution points.
Múltipla is a division of Evoluti Group that has been operating for 20 years and has approximately 4.000 employees. Evoluti has operations in over 11 states and 4000 municipalities in Brazil.
The initial launch will take place at the beginning of March and will be in the following states in Brazil: Goiás, Ceará, Bahia, and Pernambuco.
