Very interesing..sold for $147,000 per BOE/d. That is well above what PBN is valued at today.  Should make for a good day today..I guess my order for $14.15 will go untouched..

Something else big must be coming beyond a revised capital budget - why would you go and secure $900 million in high yield debt, when you clearly knew this was coming..Or at least you could have waited to secure the debt after you closed this deal. I expect there are more pieces to the puzzle coming...
