Instil Bio Inc TIL

Instil Bio, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing a pipeline of novel therapies. The Company seeks to in-license/acquire and develop novel therapeutic candidates in diseases with significant unmet medical need. Its first such program is an engineered tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL), cell therapy for the treatment of cancer. It is engaged in developing a novel class of genetically engineered TIL therapies using its Co-Stimulatory Antigen Receptor (CoStAR), platform. The Company's lead CoStAR-TIL product candidate, ITIL-306, expresses a CoStAR molecule designed to recognize folate receptor alpha (Fra), a tumor-associated antigen that is expressed on numerous solid tumors, including ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, NSCLC and renal cancer. CAR-T and TCR-T therapies are cell products composed of T cells that have been genetically engineered to recognize a specific cancer-related antigen on the surface of tumor cells.

Vendy:

Now that you realize that Brewery Creek is owned 100% it appears you want to question whether it was a good purchase.  One would think it is a little late for that; if you invested in this company when they held 75% how can you possibly justify questioning them going the whole hog  and purchasing the rest, especially in view of the fact that they are relatively well financed.

Moreover, from the tone of your response to Scottie it appears plainly evident to me that he hit the nail on the head, to wit; you are a plain jane basher.  How can you come on this board not having a clue about the most recent developments and furthermore come out with statements that clearly haven't  been researched and thought out.  If you have some queries or criticism, fair enough, but my longstanding observations are that when someone appears to be just looking for opportunities to express their negativity without any balance whatsoever,  it is almost always a sure fire "tell" that such person is an unmitigated basher.

My advice to you is to find some other board where you might be able to surf under the radar with such hijinks. To do so here you will have to get up way to early in the morning to slip one by us. Don't waste your time or ours for that matter, you are simply far to obvious.
