Lack of deals yes. Lack of revenue? 27m last q. 

 Soooo,  should he have tried for MSD or not?  Was it  a good value at that price or not?  Is/was Sterling wrong in buying MSD? If Sterling is smarter as you suggest why was WIN wrong for trying to get it at a bargain price? Or maybe WIN shouldn't try anything because we might fail? 

I haven't heard Gentai say JS is the laughing stock of the IP world. Maybe true to you in private, but he/she is on record as
