Apple wins in Hong Kong Court on trademark

A significant win for Apple in Hong Kong today as the court grants the company key documents to support Apple's ownership of the trademark, "iPad."

Another consideration in an article "Tough choice for China: Apple's jobs or Apple's trademark" suggests that the economically driven government might not take long before reaching a decision. Apple's cash might do "magic," while the company's success in China is obviously considerable to economic growth and job numbers. Tough choice indeed.

Target price remains unchanged for APPL: 700$ (Reuters)
