up and down....

up and down....

Like a hoe's drawers as my eloquent mom used to say... these ETF's are dangerous but upside is too attractive to pass up.  My thoughts are that if you are willing to wait it out all will return to normal... check the swings over a 6 month period.  HOD is definitely a safe play at these levels.  I have loaded up as well and am comfortable holding over the next week if need be.  NG is another story... technicals scream bear but who the heck knows with this commodity....it makes no sense. Profits are pure gambling - no skill required.   That being said, I dont see how NG can hold too long at the current (previous) lows.  It is poised for a retrace.  I think that the new NG will level out at about an average price of $2.70-2.80.  The more production is cut and others will most likely follow suit, despite some claims to stay the course, the price will be driven up again and we can ride the wave but in the long haul (6 + months) it wont stay over the aforementioned price.  It simply cant with the current glut despite production cuts.  IMHO.
