If it were true that "no dollars would ever be realized" then what exactly would be the business advantage to both companies in this deal ?? IMO by entering a JV with SBS I see Tasly getting access to SBSs' patent suite and the possibility of a TSX listing. In return SBS gets a free ride here on in with little likelyhood of further dilution. Both companies share any future risk reward. Obviously Tasly sees some degree of potential here but it tells me they are just being cautious as as far as I know the approval process is still on going. Feel free to correct me or add any thoughts here.
