shorters don't play against the institutions, they can plan and time better than what you can ever think of..... this time every thing was engineered perfectly by the company and the institutions, company sent out good news to raise its sp so they need not to issure too many additional shares, institutions back up this high share price in return for the 20c discount...a win-win for both side and the third party that is us the share holders....
