People can be as negative as they want on this board, as long as they have reasons behind their statements, I personally will listen and then do my own DD and try to decide for myself if I want to believe it.
Aogee, I agree with you man. I'm not trash talking back because I am upset that they aren't happy with the company. I'm trash talking back because their initial statements and posts had no reasoning behind them. Therefore, they sound like a spammer and get no respect because they are basing their posts on emotion. CRE hasn't risen even close to it's potential so JSL must be a dumb asz and management must blow. Ok, there's no problem with that thought, but what are your reasons behind that statement? Give us some concrete evidence with your statement.
The other thing is why be that guy on the BB who boasts about how much he's earned? Everyone has seen this poster on every board. Just say you sold at X price and made a profit. Nobody cares if you made 10$ or 10 Million $.
There's nothing wrong with being realistic gentleman. Some people don't like reading it, but if you can give great explanations with your statements, then people will give you respect and the time of day. Scool, I don't think you're an idiot. Your last post was well written and was a classy response to my post. My post was a bit rude, but when you show up on the board out of nowhere and trash talk management with no explanations, then you tell us how much you've made in investing, it just looks bad and rubs people the wrong way. 95% of CRE investors are down on this play, and the last thing they want to hear is how much you've made in the market. Look forward to some further posts.
