Could this be a Catalyst for the SP ?
Could this be a Catalyst for the SP ? As a result, Orko has contracted AMEC to complete a new independent PEA - to be delivered in mid-2012.
The new PEA will include an updated resource estimate currently being prepared by Mining Plus, which is scheduled to be completed before the end of March.
Could the updated resource estimate give us a Leg up with PAA ? Seems to me the longer PAA waits the more expensive it gets . On one hand it worries me that PAA might just take us with them into production contrary to what all the eperts say. Sure looks like thats what Fresnillo is doing with MAG why hasnt Fresnillo succomd and given MAG a resonble takeover proposal ? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The only inkling of an idea I can come up with is Fesinillo had other projects to carry it forward and are hoping Silver prices would fall either forcing MAG to sell for a much reduced price OR to delay the constuction of the mine into the forseeable future arguing that it would be unresonable to put the mine into production considering low Silver prices . ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------. If PAA did move towards putting the mine into production with OK on its coatails then I would expect the OK SP to lag untill the mine nears production . With OK s share though I would think the SP would go up significantly at that point but most do not want to wait 2 years which is why the sp would Stagnate.
