Maybe the run-up is a delayed reaction to the realization of Arcan's true potential.

...Or maybe the Big Boys controlling the stock had positioned themselves and their clients to the point where everyone was satisfied and when that happened they let the stock go.

...Or maybe that Virginia Hills Well came in gangbusters and all the insiders are loading up.

Whatever the reason is its all good and this likely signals the beginning of an extended run.
