We should read something into this because of volume.

These crosses were actually a change of ownership so there are buyers willing to step up.

Even though an insider was selling it was snapped up and in fact the insider sold in the high two and threes so that insider has left a lot on the table. This same insider purchased many. many shares when share price dropped below $2 and is doing the smart thing by taking some money off the table.

This is a well run company. Hedged only 30% at just above $100 smart move and 70% unhedged.

Some new guy shows up pushing a stock and has no idea about RPL.
