And further to that,

In looking over a few pages, it's obvious insiders have exercised options and are "dumping" those shares required to recover their money along with a little profit. Thus keeping a large portion of free shares.

So I'm going to call management for what they really are: Smart people.

Absolutely everyone here would do the exact same thing if they knew the company was heading higher. In other words, sell off only what you need to recover your capital along with a little reward for yourself knowing full well that if you were to sell off the majority of your position now you'd lose out big time in this very same year. Smart people know when to be patient.

I'm going to follow their cue.
