Sorry Majormac but what you write makes no sense. P/E is price/earnings ratio and not price/turnover ratio.
Of course you have to consider operating and financial cost (labour, administration, tools, maintance, capitalcosts....) Just operating costs should be around 130$/mtu
$10.88 is a number without any meaning
