If your company earns $.90 per share , and similar companys trade at 10 times earnings , it's likely your stock will go to $9.00.

If you reduce the number of shares let's say 3 to 1. Each share will now be represented by 3 times $.90 or earnings of $2.70 per share. It's likely your shares will go to $27.00. 3 times as high only because of the reduction of the number of your shares in the first place. Most share consolidations end up hurting your profits, and just about everyone involved with a share consolidation would know this.

Last year valuations for copper producers was between 10 and 15 times earnings. If we're to have profits of .90 per share you should be expecting $9 to $13.50 per share after production is established (proven). I expect MK will be willing to go as high as $2.50 per share, but from what I have heard of greed by our MK co-owners they will likely offer as little as u will expect . 3 times earnings is $2.70 per share. Take your $2.70 per share and find a place to invest it where it may possible turn to $9-$13.50.  MK knows this, and that some seem stupid here.
