If the company has all the workers it needs as you suggest, then why are they actively recruiting workers with underground experience? I think they lied to you.  You should call them and find out the truth.

Also, why would they need to forward sell gold instead of sending ore on the ground to another mill for processing?  Are the grades that poor that its not economically feasible? Call the office and find out...
