Mergers and Aquisitions
Mergers and Aquisitions ISD is actively involved in mergers and aquisitions and already has strategic partnerships in place who could be interested parties (Intel, AOpen, IBM) ?
Not to mention companies who want to break into the mobile space; Just yesterday Intertainment (V.INT) announced a JV with Synchronica (V.SYN)
Or group buying platforms like Groupon or Valassis; They both already have such massive retail group buying networks, going mobile with ISD's technology would be such a fantastic addition; Not just in the obvious advertising revenue, but also for the very valuable consumer information obtained from data mining
"The plan is expected to be completed and in place prior to the end of February and will provide the board and the shareholders more time to consider unsolicited takeover bids of the company."
Could be a VERY interesting March between this and Mac's going Live!
Data is being mined or of the MIND ?
The collection of data is the key for ISD and others are collecting data on ISD for a take over ?
