Well, if you believe what you just said, then you would not be invested in Candente at this time. I don't expect this to take 10 years. It may take the FFS or it may be done before that.

 

If a buyer is worried about road access for example, then they may not need to wait for the FFS. They may already have the solutions lined out with alternate routes. If what worries them are permits, then they have to wait for the ESIA, as that would be an important piece. If it's the geotechnicals related to the 900 M highwall then they'll demand answers to that first.

 

A deal could come at any time, depending on the risk a buyer is willing to take. As this last deal was done by Mitsubishi, their competition will feel more heat in procuring copper so they don't fall too far behind. Mits has done a few big deals over the last several months. At one point the risks of falling behind competition will outweigh the risks related to a project, and they'll pull the trigger.

 

We just don't know what is going on behind closed doors, except that there probably is a whole lot going on. If we believe this is a good project then we wait. If not then there are hundreds of other investment opportunities out there, (all the while keeping an eye on the overall markets)...
