The two MK entities with similar names are two different legal entities. The entity which lists Baja shares as a holding is: Mount Kellett Master Fund II-A, L.P. This entity is a Cayman Island exempted limited partnership. I cannot find a list of the fund holdings on the internet (including looking at SEC filings.
Mount Kellett Capital Management L.P. is incorporated in the state of Deleware. The following Nasdaq website provides a list of all of the 17 holdings, as of December 31, 2011, which include ADRs, common shares, Class A shares and warrants:
