CEO escapes any lawsuits so he quit

Just a theory....the guy was a sneaky looking character anyway. Maybe he knew all along this was going bankrupt and getting sold for peanuts to the dollar (like today) and bailed out before shareholders file a class action. Nobody will get more than 20 percent of there losses anyway. Its getting to look very ugly for betrayed investors here. This stock has wiped out all my other gains today. Shutting down....had enough.
