OTC listing

Hey guys,

 

I understand that being listed in another market with bring in more buyers/sellers which makes our market more liquid which is great but if anyone that has more knowledge on it can they please enlighten us. 

 

- If we are from Canada, can we trade on the OTC market?

 

-If we own shares already, can we sell them on the OTC market?

 

Any info is appreciated.
