Mr. Jean Labrecque reports

GLEN EAGLE APPOINTS GUY CHAMARD TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Glen Eagle Resources Inc. has appointed Guy Chamard as a member of the board of directors. Mr. Chamard is principal director, mining, at Genivar, a major engineering firm in Canada with more than 5,000 employees. Mr. Chamard has been instrumental over the last 20 years in developing from conception and construction to production several mining projects both in Quebec and abroad. He is currently project director, engineering, construction, procurement and management, for Canada Lithium's mining project, scheduled to start production in early 2013. Canada Lithium is strategically located 18 kilometres from Glen Eagle's Authier lithium project near Val d'Or, Que.

"The appointment of Mr. Chamard with his ability to guide the company in the development of Authier and in structuring strategic alliances with potential partners is an important milestone for Glen Eagle," says Jean Labrecque, president of the company.
