To try to answer your question about why we are not in play - yet, I would be surprised if the partners don't have a say as we are on 1 property in Nigeria and the home team might have a right of first refusal and secondly they have expressed an interest in the past on taking out Mart. The third point would be establishing the reserves to provide an estimate of what is down there for at least the sands that have been tested. 

Does anyone know if the marginal field agreement has some kind of arrangement where the partners would have first dibs on Marts share of the flow?
