I imagine the precious few shareholders who were included...also knew to keep dumping. Management sure bungled this up. Needing to raise 500 million, let's do 700 at a 45% discount....We've already wasted 22 months, no sense waiting for the DFS to prop up price with less dilution...those small shareholders wouldn't even feel the slap in the face...and PAS would hardly make any profit that way. Can't have that.
