Nobody posted a document prvong the 4 year clause to build a mine.

Seems it comes from Golfyeti (one of Vette Cheerleaders/groupie) .. Vette added it to a super post...and it became reality ! Give me a "4" ... Give me a " Y"...

 

BTW, maybe a better bet than CUU... Greek bonds, no kidding, they will be rated CCC, D...It  looks like its designed by those who bought the Brady Bonds at ,28 and ended up getting ,89 a couple of decades ago...
