RE: Headways

RE: Headways

Dano I think you got a point on Headway since it looks like they always find a convenient excuse to delay Headway, about 2 years yet). Maybe it is just distraction to keep the fire going. It would be very interesting what the experts really know about Headway from all the drilling being done.

IMO if it would supply them with the "expected" results most of the financial issues would be solved immediately. But the whole scenario gives you the impression they are not convinced at all about Headway otherwise they would really concentrate on the Headway project and spend the extra $$. (As I mentioned before I sensed some insecurity from Jim during the Interview especially about Headway's short mentioning). After all at the moment Headway is still a financing tool as long as nobody knows the exact facts.

I had the understanding that they have to fulfill some timely requirements to secure the rights for the property from KBG and that is about 3 years so if the property is going back to KBG they could have a good head start.

See the recent involvement from MGP Management inside KBG that really has nothing to show at the time; Why the involvement?? Maybe bargaining power for extension!?

To my understanding they have an option agreement of 3 years ending October

2012. What will happen thereafter?

The recent activity makes one skeptical and one could come up with many different scenarios since this is a speculative company as you can see from the comments on the board.

After all MB is not reserves yet and the numbers are not that convincing since MGP may be years away from mining this project (economically) since there are many open issues before the mining could start.

As of acquisition by big companies they are not buying resources but only reserves and MGP does not have reserves (yet). 5 Million Ozs sounds good but we have to wait until it is reality.

Also see reaction of the Share price after news release.
