PIMCO New York Municipal Income Fund III (the Fund) is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek to provide current income exempt from federal and California income tax. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in municipal bonds which pay interest that is exempt from regular federal, New York State and New York City income. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in investments the interest from which is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax. The Fund also invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds that at the time of investment are investment grade quality. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO) serves as the Fund's investment manager.

The value proposition in Poynt is growing by the minute, hour, day, week, month, year. Socius Capital is not only Poynt's largest share holder but is now officially a Partner in the business through ownership in Poynt Hong Kong who is now partnered with CYL.

Socius is Latin, meaning: partner, comrade, associate, ally, fellow. This foray in Asia has been planned for sometime now.

Here is an excerpt from NR when Socius funded Poynt it mentions access to Geography expansion:

There is and has been for some time big things going on behind the scenes positioning Poynt with key partnerships globally. Patience is the key here right now IMO. I feel your frustration as Poynt to me is truly undervalued, but being that Poynt is undervalued gives me comfort which in turn gives me patience.
