Does anyone know what "Two indications means" This is old 10k from Endo 2010 waiting on new one soon. But does anybody know what the meaning of "two indications "means ? Is it referring to two seperate phase 3 trials one being BCG only and new trial against Mitomycin. I have never seen that statement before. Just curious if anybody knows. Thanks in advance

Bioniche Life Sciences Inc.
In July 2009, the Company entered into a License, Development and Supply Agreement (the Bioniche Agreement) with Bioniche Life Sciences Inc. and Bioniche Urology Inc. (collectively, Bioniche), whereby the Company licensed from Bioniche the exclusive rights to develop and market Bioniche’s proprietary formulation of Mycobacterial Cell Wall-DNA Complex (MCC), known as UrocidinTM, in the U.S. with an option for global rights. We exercised our option for global rights in the first quarter of 2010. UrocidinTM is a patented formulation of MCC developed by Bioniche for the treatment of non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer that is currently undergoing Phase III clinical testing. Under the terms of the Bioniche Agreement, Endo paid Bioniche an up-front cash payment of $20.0 million in July 2009, which was recorded as research and development expense. During 2010, Endo paid Bioniche milestone payments of $4.0 million resulting from the achievement of contractual milestones, which were recorded as research and development expense. In addition, Bioniche could potentially receive up to approximately $67.0 million and $29.0 million in additional payments linked to the achievement of future clinical, regulatory, and commercial milestones related to two separate indications for UrocidinTM. Bioniche will manufacture UrocidinTM and receive a transfer price for supply based on a percentage of Endo’s annual net saTles of UrocidinTM. Endo may terminate the Bioniche Agreement upon 180 days’ prior written notice.
