Only one bullet point from the Co.  presentation:

 

Capital and operating expenditures are recovered at 120% through production

 

I really want to see Mira fully unlocking the value of the field before they sell, but it is their call, not mine

My only fear is that they might sell to Equinox the remaining of the interest....
