I wish you were right, but you are not, and my "impression" was not mistaken.

I contacted UBS and they confirmed that UBS public does not own the patents any longer.

When the manufacturing business was "sold" (read gifted away) to UBS private, the patents went with it.

The scr*wing of common shareholders was deeper than it seems.

It is my "impression" that those patents alone would be worth far more than the 2M$ sale price of the manufacturing business.
