RE: I for one agree with the so called bashers Why take down the website? Seems to make no sense.
These are comments coming from the Board. I don't have any reason to believe this is in fact what is happening at BGM. But, by example it did happen a couple of years ago to a miner I was following. They took their website down quickly. Some time later we found out why. The regulators were onto them. Seems the site was not true to Canada's reporting requirements. In fact, regulators forced a trading suspension that was lifted months later after a complete rewrite of the Company's site---a rewrite overseen by the regulators.
Again I'm not stating this is BGM's current situation. It could be or maybe not. I have to ask, however: what other reason might there be? BGM owes it to the shareholders to come clean. Just what is going on. Recent actions simply do not pass the smell test.
I didn't like the way BGM handled the MSQ situation either. The BGM website last year was not clear regarding what actually was owned by BGM. From the website at the time it sure looked like BGM owned those properties. Yet, they had to come up with $5 million to buy what they in fact did not own.
It's time for BGM Management to be honest with shareholders.
