Won't see this on AG! The weirdest thing happened to me today. I posted the following information over on AG and my post was almost instantly pulled by willy-nilly, with the suggestion that I post it over here. I pointed out to him that it was for the benefit of serious cuu investors, not the basher trash we see over here. I asked him to reconsider, to no avail. Go figure. At any rate, here it is. Augen Gold Corp. has commenced action in BCSC against three "John Doe" bashers, WHATTHEF, BEACHMAN and CLCHAN. The NOCC was filed in the Vancouver Registry on July 21, 2011 under action number S-114906. It claims damages for defamatory and libelous references made by the named bashers, against the management of Augen. Some of the specific posts are quoted in the pleadings (I don't know how to cut and paste it onto this post but you can look up the pleadings yourself with the information above, it is public record). The comments aren't identical to those made against Copper Fox management, of course, but they are remarkably similar in tone and intent. The point I made over on AG was that perhaps our company might want to look at taking similar action after they complete the main priorities (FS, RE, back in and buyout). Very curious, for some reason willy-nilly doesn't want the serious Copper Fox investors over on AG to be exposed to this.
